No‐one knows the Ford Transit range better than Ford’s Transit Centres and Transit Service dealers. This network, of nearly 200 points located around the UK, are Transit specialists, who have invested in specialised workshop equipment, tools and training. The network provides the smart choice for routine servicing, unscheduled repairs and to help you to manage your commercial vehicle(s) efficiently and cost‐effectively.
Servicing when it suits you and your business. All locations are open at least 60 hours per week, including Saturday mornings. We aim to offer service and scheduled repair appointments within two working days. Minor repairs can be done while you wait. Furthermore, we can offer late night service appointments at least once a week (Thursday), so that vehicles dropped‐off by 4pm can be collected at 10am the following day.
Collection & Delivery is available by appointment (at additional cost) within a reasonable travelling time. We’ll even wash your vehicle, so it looks its best.
Fleet National Pricing provides maximum recommended pricing for fleets with 25 vehicles or more; ensuring consistent great value for routine service and fixed‐content jobs.
We can do MOTs (including Class 5 and Class 7); tachograph servicing and speed limiting (VOSA approved).
When a commercial vehicle is off the road, so is its driver. So, our priority is to get both back on the road as quickly and efficiently as possible.
For urgent (vehicle off road) repairs, especially when no replacement vehicle is available, we will conduct an initial diagnosis and order parts (if required) within two hours of arrival. We aim to complete most VoR repairs on the same working day. Whilst some major repairs may take longer, the aim is always to keep downtime to a minimum. In the event of a parts delay, repairs will be conducted on the day that the parts arrive.
For your convenience, Ford dealers are the one‐stop shop for all servicing & repairs including warranty repairs, to help to minimise unproductive downtime.
A wide range of parts are held in‐stock locally. Others can be delivered anywhere in the UK by 9am the next morning.
Genuine Ford parts are designed and engineered by Ford to Ford’s standards. Parts fitted outside the vehicle warranty carry a comprehensive Ford ‘fitted in service’ parts warranty.
Ford’s high‐tech diagnostics ensure speed and accuracy of fault diagnosis. Other Ford systems will identify any outstanding updates applicable to your vehicle.
Ford trained technicians are supported by online Ford technical information and a Ford technical hotline.
All Ford dealers are connected to the Epyx ‘1‐Link’ system for: online service booking, electronic authorisation and invoicing. Ford’s Fleet National Pricing is available through the system. Ford dealers are committed to responding to 1‐Link online service booking requests within 20 minutes. Transit Centres and Transit Service dealers are identified within the system.
