Bristol Street Motors Newcastle Vauxhall wins service award
Bristol Street Motors’ Vauxhall dealership in Newcastle has been recognised with a national award for excellence in customer service.
The Scotswood Road dealership was presented with its fourth Vauxhall Customer Excellence Award in five years, after being named as one of the top sites for customer satisfaction across the brand’s national network.
In its annual customer service awards, Vauxhall rewards the top performing retailers that have provided customers with exemplary levels of customer experience, following results from the British manufacturer’s satisfaction surveys. This includes sales, service and aftersales, and is calculated using customer feedback.
