National awards for Bristol Street Motors in the North East
Four Bristol Street Motors dealerships in the North East are celebrating after receiving national awards for their dedication to customer service.
Bristol Street Motors’ Hexham, Newcastle, Sunderland and Durham branches have all been presented with Vauxhall Customer Excellence Awards this year. The awards celebrate the top performing sites for customer satisfaction, across the British manufacturer’s national network.
Vauxhall representatives visit the winning sites and present awards to the dealerships that have demonstrated exemplary levels of customer experience, following the results from the British manufacturer’s satisfaction surveys. A customer has the opportunity to fill out a survey when they buy a new Vauxhall, or have their vehicle serviced.
This is the first time that Bristol Street Motors Hexham Vauxhall has been presented with the award. The company’s Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle sites have won awards four times in five years.
