We are ready to welcome you back to our dealerships for both sales and servicing - but we want to do everything we possibly can to keep both our customers and colleagues safe.
On your arrival, you will see we are doing things slightly differently to help protect you and our colleagues. You will be given a warm welcome, as always, but this will now be in the form of a friendly, touch-free greeting, rather than a handshake.
Face masks are now mandatory while visiting our dealerships - but don't worry if you don't have one with you, we can provide you with a single-use mask when you arrive.
Watch the videos below to find out what else we're doing to keep everyone safe.
When you visit one of our dealerships, please ensure you maintain social distancing rules and remain 2 metres apart at all times. That's the distance of about half a car length. Each dealership will display clear communication to help with this, and many will have floor markings where practical.
Please ensure you call ahead and make an appointment to avoid disappointment, as to ensure safety standards we can only provide service by appointment.
Our colleagues may be wearing face masks and these will also be available to all of our customers.
Test drives will be unaccompanied, and need to be booked in advance in order to give us time to sanitise the vehicle.
Our service desks now have Perspex screens as you'll have seen in many shops already.
All of our Technicians will thoroughly clean on the way in and the way out of your vehicle, and will be wearing gloves, masks and coverings whilst working on your car.
For any transaction or payment all paperwork will be provided to you electronically, and payments will only be accepted via bank transfer, debit or credit card. If you have a Service Plan, your payment may already be taken care of.
Thank you for working with us to ensure our dealerships are a safe place to shop and work. We look forward to seeing you soon!
