A service guy came out & diagnosed the fault - allocated a courtesy vehicle - booked the vehicle in for the following week. Dropped the vehicle off - courtesy car was ready & clean. Phone call from them pm to say the vehicle would be ready for collection same day. This was slightly difficult for us but no problem, collect the following morning. Follow up phone calls from them to ensure all was well. Cannot fault them - (& I can be a picky customer). Very friendly & efficient service for which they deserve a commendation. If all service departments were to this standard, Ford should be very proud.
