We would just like to let you know how well Derby helped us when we bought our new car. they were cheerfull and full of knowledge with regards to the purchase. It was a positive experience for us as this is the first time we have bought a new car. we are very please.

The service adviser was absolultley brilliant, very helpful, very friendly and the mechanic was also very helpful and professional.

Just wanted to say we were very happy, the service adviser was helpful, and the drive who both collected our vehicle and returned it was very good. He was cheerful, gave us information about what was going to be done, and on return explained again what had been done. He was bang on time too!
The car was also returned washed and clean. We were also satisfied with the price. Overall a great service.

From first entering the showroom we received outstanding, exceptional customer service, until we drove the car off the forecourt 2 days later. The sales team acted impeccably throughout the process. In our opinion if there was an award for customer service then these gentlemen deserve recognition. It is refreshing to know that attention to detail still exists in organizations.

I've been dealing with Bristol Street Motors Derby Citroen for some what just over a year now and my experience with your branch has always been that of friendliness and understanding from everyone there.

Mark recently helped me with my lease deal which no longer suited my requirements. He listened to my needs and suggested that I would be better suited to contract hire instead of the current deal.
