Just wanted to say how happy I am having obtained my new Motability car with Citroen Leicester. The Picasso has long been a favourite and we are not disappointed with the latest model. It is a great car!

All staff were friendly and efficient but Karen, the Service Advisor there, particularly deserves a special mention. Nothing was too much trouble for her to ensure our car was kept for the shortest possible time and her cheerful manner made the occasional delay or problem more bearable.

Bristol Street constantly amaze me with the level of service provided by your Leicester branch ,as a Motability customer nothings to much trouble they collect and deliver my car keep me updated on progress throughout the process but being with the vehicle being a Citroen I've never had a problem with reliability so much so I've ordered another through the Motability scheme making it my 4th Citroen from Bristol Street the sales people have been attentive and very helpful and I look forward to collecting my new car in May. Its so refreshing in this day and age to be treated like a VIP and not just another punter well done all round..
