I have just bought a Citroen Xsara Picasso from Bristol Street Motors in Derby. The workers are very nice and could not do enough for me. The car we liked because we wanted a diesel and the only one in was in Newcastle so they brought it down for us to have a look at and we fell in love with it. I will tell all my friends and family about Bristol Street Motors because they were very good with us.
Despite it being my first visit,with a warranty problem, I was treated as a very valued customer. The receptionist, pursued my problem, kept me fully informed and advised until the problem was fully resolved. She even followed it up with a courtesy call a week later. Excellent service. i will be using Citroen Derby again in the future.
Can I say how pleased I was with the way a member of your team made me feel welcome when I came to see him whilst renewing my Motability car (Citroen). He was very good in explaining all about the car and during my test drive nothing was any trouble for him. He was brilliant I was very happy with all that he did for me, thank you for a great service.
Once again we must say a very big thank you for your excellent service and advice during the changeover of our new car, we don't think of you as a salesperson, more of a friend. We know from the way you treat customers that you really enjoy your job and it reflects on the way you deal with people.
