I have recently purchased my vehicle and have to say how very satisfied I was with the service I received at the dealership, especially from Kevin. He kept me up to date with the progress of the delivery via email and phone.
Everything went to plan and the extras that I ordered were all fitted when I came to pick up the vehicle. Also the valeting was to a very good standard.
This is the first time I have used Bristol Street Motors and would certainly recommend you to my friends and will definitely return when we change our second car.

Despite it being my first visit,with a warranty problem, I was treated as a very valued customer. The receptionist, pursued my problem, kept me fully informed and advised until the problem was fully resolved. She even followed it up with a courtesy call a week later. Excellent service. i will be using Citroen Derby again in the future.

He was very good in explaining all about the car and during my test drive nothing was any trouble for him. He was brilliant I was very happy with all that he did for me, thank you for a great service.
