I want to make you aware of how pleased we have been to have dealt with your Sales Executive. We have found her to be very approachable, friendly and intelligent with (importantly) a good sense of humour. Throughout our dealings with her she has made us feel like valued customers and nothing has been too much trouble. I am not the easiest customer but Sales Executive dealt with me very well indeed. One thing in particular that we liked was her honesty and openness. When we asked her something that she did not know she told us she would find out and come back to us, which she duly did. We found that to be very refreshing and a pleasant change from the waffle that sales people often come out with. We feel that she is a most excellent representative for your company and wanted to �officially� say thanks.

On arrival i was approached by the sales man Steven. Steven was very knowledgable about the car i was intrested in and not at all pushy during the sales. He also told me everything he knew about the sales process and figures. All the staff i dealt with at the dealership were polite and cuteous at all times. The new Ford is amazing, im so pleased with the car but the thing that stands out was the amazing service that we received at the dealers. The salesman Billy was brilliant, we didnt feel pressured or rushed into buying our new car. Billy was brilliant from start to finish.
