I recently visited Bristol Street Motors Orpington to meet Steven to discuss my options in purchasing a new car. Steven was warm, friendly and made me completely at ease. His knowledge of the products went above and beyond my expectations and he helped me find a car that was absolutely perfect for my needs. He spent plenty of time with me, ensuring I was happy with the choice, and helped find the best deal that suited my needs and situation with paying. The sales executive I dealt with was very good, not pushy, relaxed, and I felt that he went a little bit further to send us a video of the car we were interested in. This really helped! A personalised video, not just a general one and it made us feel that he had done a good job in sorting the car out for us and not just selling it!
