For some years I have always purchased Ford cars, the last three from Bristol Street Motors in Cheltenham which is some 14 miles from my home, the last one being a Ford Mondeo in 2007. As I only now drive short distances, I decided to replace it with a new Ford Focus 1 litre Econetic which I must say is an excellent car. As the Stroud branch of Bristol Street Motors is much closer to where I live, I went to their Sales Department. The staff there were more helpful, courteous and pleasant than anyone could have hoped for. I was seen by three members of staff; Chris, Iain and the Manager, Jamie. The initial paperwork was issued by Chris who took my daughter and myself out for a test drive in an identical car. He knew the answer to every question that he was asked and nothing was too much trouble. Iain courteously sorted out the paperwork side and everything was confirmed by the Manager. After our experience with the staff at Bristol Street Motors, Stroud, I would highly recommend anyone to buy a Ford car from them.
The sales executive I dealt with was very good, not pushy, relaxed, and I felt that he went a little bit further to send us a video of the car we were interested in. This really helped! A personalised video, not just a general one and it made us feel that he had done a good job in sorting the car out for us and not just selling it!
