I thought the Sales Executive listened really well and identified important things I was telling him and he discussed my expectations with me. I have been dealing with this particular garage for 10 years now even before it was Bristol Street Motors. I do this because all the staff are so friendly. I was recently in a RTC and my car was a total loss. I was very anxious and upset because I did not know what was going to happen as regards to a new Motability vehicle. The Sales Executive went above and beyond what most sales people would do for a customer and that is why I go back every 3 years for my new car. This man is one in a million and I have always put my trust in him especially in his advise as to what car would suit my needs.

This is our Third car that from this Dealership which has been has sold to us and quite frankly the service we always receive is superb. The Sales Executive listens to your needs and gives a amazing customer service.
