We visited your used car event at Hyundai Mansfield this morning to look at medium to large crossovers. We were attended to promptly and courteously by the Dealer Sales Manager who referred us to a salesman. He was just the right person we needed to talk to. He was knowledgeable and very helpful in assessing our needs. Although we explained that we were not buying today, he took considerable time to find out what and when we might be buying and explained in detail the possible models we could consider in the near future. We now have a clearer idea of what would be suitable replacement and the approximate costs. We will therefore put you top of the list when we are ready to buy.

We purchased this vehicle on 13/7/16 form Hyundai Mansfield we always deal with the same Sales Executive as he goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase he always makes you feel very welcome and important .This is the fifth purchase we have made through him and quite honestly wouldn't want to deal with any one else, quite simply lovely man and a credit to Bristol Street Motors.

We were very great fun for the fantastic customer service provided by the salesman when we purchased from Hyundai in Mansfield. He was very professional yet very friendly and approachable. This was important to me as he allowed me all the time I needed and answered all our questions so that we could make the "Right" choice when purchasing a new vehicle. He was very patient, honest and built a good level of trust with us. Despite us buying a used car he gave us his full attention and excellent customer service at all times. He said whether we were a buying a 'brand new' car or 'used' to him we were still a customer and that's what counts! He even arranged test drives promptly for the 2 cars we were keen on. Which could not be arranged at 2 of the other car showrooms we have previously been to. He kindly gave a courtesy call after purchase to ask how we were getting on. Great after service in my eyes! He is truly a great asset to your company this was evident by the level of service he provided and his overall nature!! We know where to come for the next purchase. We dealt with a Sales Executive at your Hyundai Mansfield branch and would like to let you know what great service we received. He made everything go smoothly in a professional, competent and friendly manner, very much impressed! We were travelling down from Scotland and had a stressful journey due to the A1/M being closed due to an accident so were unable to pick the car up until the following day. His assistance with accommodation for an over night stay was most welcome. He also contacted us to make sure we had arrived home safely. He is a credit to your company.

I was having great difficulties with my previous vehicle - I hit my head every time I got into the drivers seat but if I lowered the seat I went down with a bang and hurt my back. The Sales Exec saw the problem and pulled out all the stops to get me a vehicle that did not have this problem and to get me on the road as soon as at all possible. Oh what bliss to have found someone who not only understood the problem but did his best to cure it. Incidentally my husband now finds the passenger seat so much easier to get into as well, with loads of room for a 'larger' man. The new car is just so easy to drive and makes the experience a treat every time.

We received excellent service from The Salesman. He was very helpful and explained all the paperwork to us. There were lovely chocolates in the car waiting for us and he took a lovely photo. This made the whole experience of buying a new car very pleasant and memorable.

I cannot speak highly enough of the motability specialist at Hyundai Mansfield. He is so friendly helpful and informative and made the whole process of ordering through to collection so straight forward. The added touches of sending a picture of the car the night before to the flowers for my wife on collection were great.
