I picked up my new Hyundai i10 a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the service of the staff at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Mansfield. Phil who sold me my lovely new little motor was so helpful and friendly and made me feel right at home which is exactly what you when spending a large amount of money. He wasn't pushy either. When the deal was complete I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Derrol, there who was very friendly and thanked me for my business which was a really nice touch! Very impressed and will definitely be buying off you in the future! Telling lots of friends and family :-)

We cannot recommend the whole Sales team at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Mansfield highly enough. We have bought three cars from them in the last 14 months and on each occasion we have been very pleased with the reception and service we have received. Special mention must go to Chris, who was pleasant and patient with us. He made us feel at ease, helping us through the whole process and really made us feel a part of the family. The Sales Assistant Phil was a gentleman and the customer service we received was excellent. It was a daunting journey to start with, due to our personal circumstances and complex disabilities. We visited many car sale outlets in a short time but we were taken aback by the genuine and helpful approach of Phil. So in short, we just want to say thank you for the quality service and reliability of Phil in particular but at the same time, the other personnel who assisted.

From the first time in the showroom Phil was extremely helpful and this help continued all the way through to the end. He even fitted a set of mats purchased and has said to ring or call if any problems arise. Excellent Salesman and a credit to you.

I was met by David, who took the time to show me various cars, talked though all the finance options and even assisted in obtaining the colour I wanted of car from another site.

The event was excellent but the service and attentiveness to my needs was outstanding. When I went to collect my new car, it was in the car park prepped and perfect in every way just as promised. David went through the remainder of the paper work and even helped set up the blue tooth in the car. The general manager Derrol came out and thanked me for my business which I thought was unique and made me feel like a very valued customer. Through the amazing sales experience I received at Suzuki, I have already recommended this site to a friend who has already gone on to purchase a car. A very happy customer.
