To whom it may concern, I am hoping this feedback ends up the desk of someone senior within the Vertu/Bristol Street Group, and not just at Peterlee as it would defeat the object of trying to bring to attention the brilliant service I received at that branch I (very) recently purchased the vehicle referenced above from Peterlee and want to ensure the whole of the team I dealt with receive recognition, as well as my sincere thanks and appreciation for their excellent efforts. I picked up my new Hyundai i10 a few weeks ago and was very impressed with the service of the staff at Bristol Street Motors Hyundai Mansfield. Phil who sold me my lovely new little motor was so helpful and friendly and made me feel right at home which is exactly what you when spending a large amount of money. He wasn't pushy either. When the deal was complete I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager Derrol, there who was very friendly and thanked me for my business which was a really nice touch! Very impressed and will definitely be buying off you in the future! Telling lots of friends and family :-)
