Good Morning, I picked up my new Mazda MX5 on Monday. Throughout the whole process of viewing, discussing, purchasing and picking up my car, Keith was most professional, helpful and constantly kept me up to date I really appreciate the flexibility shown on my changing personal circumstances which contributed to me having to change the pick-up date. As I live in Dorset this flexibility removed the stress from the equation. The 140 mile drive home was a joy - even in the rain and towards the end, the darkness. I can only say a huge thank you to Keith and all at BSM Mazda at Redditch and I would have no hesitation in recommending you services.
