As you know i wanted to put the deal together at very short notice , and without my wife's knowledge as it was to be a surprise, and you managed to achieve both objectives without a hitch. In particular the handover experience was one my wife will not forget in a hurry , it is the only time i have ever seen her genuinely speechless !!
