She was extremely helpful during the purchase and when we found that the car had a slight scratch on the windscreen a few days later, it was not a problem and the matter was dealt with in an extremely professional manner. Kelly is a credit to your organisation and we felt that we should make you aware of the quality of your member of staff.

The sales advisor, Scott, proved to be an extremely easy person to deal with and gave my wife and I a clear and easy to understand sales proposal.
