Having just purchased a my brand new Nissan Quashqai, I cannot speak highly enough of the service I received at Bristol Street Motors Widnes. From the moment I first stepped into the showroom and was greeted by Amy, I knew that I was in good hands and this was the place where I wanted to buy my car. From that initial day browsing the showroom, right through to driving away my new car, the service I received was superb. Buying a new car sometimes be stressful, but never before I have been in a car show room as welcoming and friendly, with staff so pleasant and helpful. I also want to particularly single out Amy, who helped me out so much and never let the obstacles we came across get in the way. Had it not been for the efforts of Amy I would of almost certainly given up and gone home. Having worked in customer facing industry for over 10 years, I can honestly say that I have never come across a better example of how to provide an outstanding level Customer Service than of than demonstrated by Amy. Polite, incredibly helpful and always willing to go the extra mile, she is an absolute credit to your organisation. I have already started to recommend Bristol Street Motors to all of my family and friends, thank you so much for exceeding all of my expectations!

I am writing to compliment a member of your staff for exceptional customer service. Today I needed to bring my motability car in for the air conditioning. The service advisor acted with the normal excellent customer service of all Bristol Street Motors staff, however they stood out from the rest for their compassion. I use a walking stick and we had to walk to my own car for the visual check then back to the courtesy car. They made a point of asking me if I needed a break in walking. They did this without making me feel pitied. This is the first time anyone has actually taken the time to understand my mobility issues in that way and I truly appreciated it. What may seem a little thing to some can mean a great deal to someone else. I would be grateful if you could pass on my thanks and appreciation to the Service Advisor and their manager. I am also very impressed at how all staff there are taking sanitisation so seriously. I have not seen the same level anywhere else. Bristol Street Motors Bradford is to be commended.

I'm an essential worker so I could only get to the dealership around close of business. My Sales Executive was very helpful and patiently advised what I needed to do at each stage until I picked up my car. They used all means possible; electronic, telephone calls, text messages etc to answer my numerous queries because this is my first buying a new car. I felt supported and listened to in the process. The Sales Executive ensured his Manager kept communication going even when he went on leave. Both members of staff provided excellent service offering me a great buying experience!
