I wanted to give a big thank you to Hayden and Leeanne for their fantastic customer service and assistance on our recent visit to the dealership. She, as always, was polite and went out of her way to be helpful. I would like this to be recognised and I would always recommend this Bristol Street Motors dealership due to the excellent customer service we receive on every visit.

The customer service we received from the team at Nissan Ilkeston was fantastic.all the other salesmen were polite, attentive and seemed happy in their work. We chose our car on 2nd May with a 30th May collection date. We were given weekly to update us on the current status. Nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived on the 30th May to take ownership of the car, we were absolutely speechless to find it in the showroom, with a big red silky Nissan cover over it with barriers around it for protection! The car we chose was a Nissan Note, not the highest spec or the most expensive car in the Nissan range, but that didn't seem to matter to Nissan Ilkeston. We were made to feel very special indeed which was wonderful as it's the first new car, we've ever brought. A massive 10/10 for Nissan Ilkeston. We'll definitely be back and we have no hesitations of recommending the dealership to our friends and colleagues. Thumbs up Ilkeston.

I just spoke to Alan on the phone regarding my service, i enquired about a new tyre to which Alan got back to me almost instantly with great 5* service. Alan was able to offer me a fantastic price on a new tyre in which i will be getting fitted on the day of my service. Many thanks to him for fantastic service.

Lynn on the service desk took my problem into hand and dealt with it personally. Lynne's customer service skills are first class. I genuinely hope managers recognise the ability and level of customer care given by Lynne. I am very great full for all of her help and hope to deal with her in the future as I know I can rely on her.

I purchased an Abarth 500 from Northampton Nissan Motors, exceptional customer service. Would recommend him to anyone.

I would just comment that, on my first ever visit to the bristol Street Motors Sheffield site i was delighted with the service provided, from the Service Dept staff who took the trouble to answer some questions I had about my car, to having it washed and checked over prior to me picking it back up and the driver who then took me to work elsewhere in Sheffield. I will be having future full servicing done at Sheffield, starting with my 2 year service in a few weeks' time, which is a major one. I have already been offered some dates by the Sheffield team, who pro-actively have offered me a loan car for the day I choose.

I'd like to congratulate you on the service I received yesterday. I was extremely satisfied with the team there. I use my car daily for work and for my car to go in late morning to picking it back up at 5pm is a fantastic service. I know how important customer service is and the team you have at demonstrate what great customer service looks like, they are a credit to your brand!
