I am writing to you, further to our recent dealings with one of your sales executive in Bristol Street Motors � Derby who assisted us in the purchase of a new Nissan Leaf from your dealership, and who impressed us very much with their professionalism.

Throughout the process, we have found your sales executives to be courteous, and thorough. They demonstrate resilience, and great patience ; taking the time to respond comprehensively to email/telephone queries (sometimes very numerous) made in our pre-contractual negotiations.

I must point out that in my experience, it is becoming increasingly rare to come across young people such as your sales executives, who show such commitment to their work and provide excellent customer service. I would class their customer service as being �above and beyond� what one would usually expect in this kind of transaction.

I purchased a Nissan Juke from Bristol Street Motors in 2014 and swapped it for a Nissan Pulsar last week.

I only use Nissan Halifax infrequently but their customer service is exceptionally good. They are extremely friendly and pleasant without being patronising. They are very knowledgeable about products and service procedures. Tyre prices cannot be beaten. Well done to the whole service team and reception.

I just want to say how happy I am with the service I was provided, from first contact I was explained everything clearly and in detail making sure I understood everything, I was kept in the loop with everything going on with the new car (reg - when it would be ready - insurance) when I picked the car up we ran through everything, inside and outside features of the car, what it comes with were set up, my phone via Bluetooth and explained everything to me. All in all I has a great salesman who provided great service and I am a very happy customer.

Served by a gent and a credit to Bristol Street. Makes a decent coffee, works at a human level without the need to patronise his clients. First car purchase without feeling any undue pressure, top man.
