Bristol Street Versa Batley Staff were good because they wwere very knowledgable about the wheelchair accessible vehicle I chose. They were polite, efficient and treated my familyu with dignity and repsect, I would highly recomend them to other wheelchair users.

I am writing to tell you that my husband and I were very impressed with the service we received from The Harlow branch of Bristol street Motors. We purchased our car from there three years ago and have the yearly service and mot plan with yourselves. We had our service and mot this week and was advised the head gasket needed replacing along side other problems. The next day when I went to take my Grandaughter to school I smelt burning. When I got home my husband rang Bristol street motors at Harlow and spoke to a young gentleman whom had dealt with our service/MOT the day before. Further to my purchase of my new car from your garage.
