I just wanted to say how good it was to be kept informed of progress. I was impressed with the service I received from the moment I first came in to look at cars, with your sales executive quickly arranging test drives and even suggesting I took the car home as I was concerned that the new model would not fit into my garage. He was thorough but not pushy throughout the sales negotiations and was very patient, even when I changed my mind 5 times about the colour I wanted!
