And even when he wasn't there he had passed on a message to a colleague who was just as helpful! Your Sales Executive and the team there are a credit to the company, I went to see a number of dealerships when I was looking and the way I was treated at Seat made me want to go back and buy from there. I'm writing to commend your aftersales department at SEAT Derby on Pride Park. In particular your Aftersales Manager and Technician, who are two of the most professional and helpful people I have come into contact with from an aftersales prospective.

The service they provide is exemplary, be that opening up 15 minutes early to ease my onward travel, being very flexible on what dates / time are available to booking in work on the car or keeping me updated with the very quick completion of the work required. I am extremely glad that I recently traded in our Audi replacing it with a SEAT Leon.
