I would like to congratulate your company for having such fine employees . the salesman has 'gone the extra mile' & delivered a new car (PY15JZD) to me inside 2 weeks!, not only that but without making me feel like a difficult customer.....well done.
I contacted them because my Astra Elite (manual) Motability car no longer met my needs, they listened to & understood immediately my requirements. their phone manner is excellent & face to face even better. As stated above his efforts ensured delivery of the (automatic) vehicle before a long journey....fantastic.
It may be hard for some to understand but for many customers like me the Motability car is simply essential. theyrecognised this & provided the best customer interface I have ever encountered. For me the difference between a manual & automatic is the difference between painful journeys & no sleep compared to relaxed driving with a chance of sleep.
I cannot thank your organisation enough for the fastest possible solution to a very difficult issue.

I would like to thank the staff at Carlisle service centre i dealt with last week when my Insignia SRI, rear brake pads and discs had to be replaced while on holiday. This was done very quickly with a great deal of courtesy including taking my wife and my self into town to see the castle while the repair work was carried out and then collected and brought back to the dealership.
