As your records will no doubt show, I had my car serviced by Bristol Street motors at Chesterfield yesterday and would like to put on record my appreciation for the way in which such services are carried out. I trust that i have chosen the right route to do this. I am a widower well past my 'sell by date' (approaching 87 years old) and my practice of replacing my car every 3 years, the chore of 'topping up' the grease nipples every Saturday morning and the 'de-cokes' every 5-10,000 miles are history. I am most grateful for the courteous and efficient manner in which the service is carried out and i mustn't forget the politeness and the humor of the driver who collects and delivers the car. I was on holiday visiting Derbyshire and the coil on my car started misfiring. I called the garage up and they arranged a appointment. I would like to complement the girls on the front desk for the way they dealt with my problem, when it is very distressing and a worrying time, they put me at ease. I'm just writing to say how happy I am with service provided to us by Steve. Steve went to great lengths to ensure we got the right car for us. He was polite to myself and my wife, and on a return visit with my kids, he acknowledged and was polite to them too.

We initially went in looking for information to assess our options, but he had pretty much sold us the car right there. Five days after our first visit we got our car, we're very happy with it, and we feel we got a good deal on it.

I would just like to tell you about the very pleasant experience my wife and I had at Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chesterfield.
I had experienced a problem with my Vauxhall Zafira and Jason there very helpfully arranged an appointment for the car.

On arrival my wife and I were greeted very pleasantly and efficiently by the Service Receptionists Kelly and Samantha. They did the necessary booking in of the vehicle and Kelly made us coffee and made sure that we were comfortable while we waited. On return we found that the work had been done and the car had received a valet.

We were very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of these two young ladies. We both felt that we would like you to know this and to let you know that we would return to this dealership if we need further service or if indeed we were looking for a new Vauxhall car.

I would like to say how impressed I was when we bought our new car from you. No high pressure sales, just clear concise information when we asked for it. The salesman, Stevie, bent over backwards to get what we wanted, and even rang my husband a few days after we collected the car to check that everything was okay. My daughter bought her car from this branch some years ago and we were so impressed with the service she received that we started taking our old car there for MOT's and so on. They were happy to oblige even though it was a different make. They have the idea that the customer is important. It makes a refreshing change and I'm sure brings in a lot of repeat and recommended trade.

I would like to take time to praise your sales executive. She was everything you would want it a sales person. She is a model professional. I look forward to dealing with her when I next need a new car.
