I came into Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Chingford with a rough idea of what I wanted and was shown all the cars which fitted my criteria. I was then able to test drive the car I liked within minutes.
The payment process was explained and I was able to put a refundable deposit on the vehicle should I wish to change my mind which was very reassuring. The sales advisor Bradley, was very helpful and didn't mind when I came back and changed my mind on which car I wanted and sorted out the documents quickly.

I am very greatful for this as it was over and beyond the level of service I expected. I am very happy with the car and the assistance I was given throughout the process.
