In October 2015 I decided to look for a new car. I decided to try Bristol Street Motors in Newcastle � best decision I have made.
The day I went to the garage it was awful weather heavy rain, dark and gloomy and as I drove up the hill I thought �no-one will approach me on the forecourt today�. I was greeted by a Sales Executive and within minutes I knew there was every chance I would be buying a car from him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and definitely a people person, I sat with him discussing all models of a Mokka and during my test drive he put me at ease and answered all queries I had � nothing seemed to be a trouble to him at all. When we got back to the garage we discussed all options and I ordered my car there and then. I was introduced to another Sales Executive who is also a great professional person, no question too big or too small, nothing a trouble to him either � he put together a great deal for me and hopefully I will stay on their customer database for future car purchases. I am delighted to say I have found Salesmen who want to sell cars and have that �fire in their belly� drive that Salesmen in other dealerships lack. I am due to collect my car tomorrow and I have mixed emotions on this as I lost my dad in August and this car will be the first car since passing my test in 1992 that my dad has not had a ride in. I am certain that I will be buying cars from this dealership in the future.

When we initially visited Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Newcastle, we did so with a set of requirements but not a specific car in mind. The sales adviser helped us by spending time getting to know our needs, identifying a shortlist of vehicles that matched our brief and also presenting illustrative financial models.
In fact, as well as being highly personable and providing great customer service - the adviser showed himself as a highly active member of the sales team when, by chance, he was once again the first one out to greet us on the forecourt when we returned to place a deposit against one of the vehicles he had identified.
