The Motability Specialist was very helpful, as he always is. The introduction to our new car was quick and painless and he explained everything we needed to know. I myself am partially sighted so my wife is the driver but he explained all the new stuff including how to work the radio (very helpful to me as I am unable to see most of the fonts). We are very happy with the service we received.

This is my fifth Vauxhall car from the Sunderland dealership. I am a Motability customer and feel a very valued customer by the motability consultant. The Sale Executive who deals with Mobility Customers is one Fantastic and Friendly Guy. I have been to pick up my Mobility Car. He has been great in helping me pick out my car. He has a very good knowledge of cars and he makes sure that you are comfortable with the Car and offers great advice. I recently moved out of the area and I was worried about having to change garage. I was relieved to know that I could keep same Garage. He makes you feel comfortable at all times.
