I took my car in for a service recently and the lady that dealt with me made me smile, she was preparing to go on holiday and was in such high spirits.
Even though I only came in for a service I left potentially buying a new one.

As my son is serving with the British Armed Forces,it is very difficult to contact him direct, for obvious reasons, she left numerous voicemails to him which he replied to when he could, she was constantly in contact with myself on a daily basis, and assured me that his car would be ready for collection on Friday which it was,

I wish to commend the sales executive for his assistance with the Motability contract for my new car. He was very helpful very knowledgeable on the car itself and nothing was a bother to him. Just picked up our new motability car this afternoon, and have to say that the sales executive was fantastic from start to finish. He has been there to answer any questions we had regarding the car, and made the whole process as pain free and personalized as possible. Would definitely recommend to anybody.
