It was worth the 80 miles trip up to your Lichfield Vauxhall branch. My whole family greeted by the Sales Executive on last Saturday. My wife would love to test drive a Zafira 1.6 petrol, and the Sales Executive managed to ship a brand new Metallic Silver Zafira all the way from Chesterfield especially for her.

Both my wife and I drove the new car, and we were happy with it. After the test drive, it was the usual negotiation session. We thought we would have to bargain with the price. What a surprise that the final offer, not only is lower than our local Vauxhall dealer, but also includes all our desirable extra options plus floor mats and mud flaps.

During the whole process, the Sales Executive was very courteous, helpful and bent over backwards to secure the sale. With such an overwhelming effort, my wife signed on the dotted line and came out with a super deal plus a luggage net and a full tank of petrol.

Overall, our experience with the Sales Executive was unexpectedly pleasant. This formed one of the major factors that helped my wife making her decision to buy her car on the spot. Of course, the other factors were the 100000 miles Life warranty and the great discount with Vauxhall swappage scheme.

Now, we have ordered our Zafira which will be built in Spain because of all those extra options. We hope that the car will perform as excellent as your Sales Executive!

I would just like to say thank you very much to your service team! I've had a nightmare this week with mum being in hospital and she made getting the car in and out stress free. Even as far as texting me when the car was done rather than ringing me as I had told her I was heading up to the hospital straight from the garage. When I came back she asked how things were and said she didn't want to ring me as she knew I might not be able to answer my phone. It really is the little things but thank you very much!
