I just wanted to write to congratulate you on having such a cohesive and effective team of people at Bristol Street Motors in Waltham Cross. It was a real pleasure doing business with them.

Just over 2 weeks ago I was looking at cars, unsure of what I wished to buy and found Barry to be one of the most helpful sales people ever. What he doesn't know about sales you could write on a postage stamp but he never �sold me' anything. He listened and advised and seemed to have the answers to all my questions but most importantly I never felt I was being given the hard sell.
His colleagues although not directly involved with myself all played a significant part in the sales process as they too took time out to speak to me and were always helpful and welcoming.

Having finally decided on the car that had caught my eye, Kevin became involved and was also a pleasure to deal with. A car was found very quickly with Kevin's help, that met my specifications and within two weeks of my initial visit I had made a purchase which I am extremely happy with. So I am now the happy owner of an Astra GTC 2.0 sri.

I can honestly say I have never been as impressed as I was with the service I received.

I would just like to say thank you very much to your service team! I've had a nightmare this week with mum being in hospital and she made getting the car in and out stress free. Even as far as texting me when the car was done rather than ringing me as I had told her I was heading up to the hospital straight from the garage. When I came back she asked how things were and said she didn't want to ring me as she knew I might not be able to answer my phone. It really is the little things but thank you very much!

I understand that the service department was incredibly busy and I couldn't get an appointment until the 11th May but I brought the car and he managed to squeeze it in.
