I am a single woman with not a great deal of knowledge when it comes to cars but I had a specific type of car in mind. The Sales Executive was able to find exactly what I was looking for. There was no hard sell with anything. A massive bonus was the 0% finance on offer which, for someone like myself, who doesn't earn a great deal was great. I am the most happiest customer of Bristol Street Motors right now all thanks to your wonderful Used Car Sales Executive from your Vauxhall Sunderland Dealership. From the moment they returned my call to respond to my initial enquiry to the final courtesy call to ensure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, they remained extremely professional, polite, helpful, courteous and incredibly patient (as to be fair I was not the most easiest of customers to deal with). Having browsed through your used car website, I found my perfect car. Naturally buying online and not physically seeing the car worried me somewhat.
