I bought a car from Bristol Street Motors Derby this afternoon. I wanted to take a couple of minutes to tell you how impressed I was by the service I received. I bought a Citroen Grand Picasso. I didn't get the name of the first person I spoke to but he was very helpful and knowledgeable.The salesman I dealt with for the test drive and transaction was Ben who was excellent. He was helpful, professional and built up an excellent rapport with me. Lastly I spoke to a manager from the servicing department regarding the warranty who again was excellent and very helpful. As a salesman I understand the process very well and always appreciate being sold to well. The two salesmen in your Derby branch were the best I have come across in the car business and as such I wanted to pass this on. Also and possibly more importantly if the service continues to this same level I'll be back in a couple of years for another Citroen - not something I thought I would be saying when I thought about changing my car a couple of months ago!

I received professional advice in terms of how I could best purchase a car for my son.This resulted in my purchase of 2 cars for both my son and a PCP arrangement for myself meaning we both had new cars at the same time.

I brought my Citroen C3 Picasso into the Bristol Street Motors Citroen Derby branch for a repair to the panoramic roof blind and was pleasantly surprised by the great service I received.
The blind was repaired and my car was given a service wash and VAC. Now that's what I call a pleasant experience.

What excellent service from Steve on van sales. We were in urgent need of a van due to a crash in our old van and being without a vehicle was impacting on our business. I would like to say that this has been one of the best examples of good customer service I have experienced in a long time.
