I would like to tell you about the recent experience I had at your Service Department at Bristol Street Motors Ford Birmingham.

I have used this dealer for around 2 years now and everytime I go what an amazing experience I get everytime. I dealt with James each time there has been a slight issue with my car or for Service and MOT.
James always fixes my car and looks after it whilst it is in your care and for that reason I do tell all my friends and family about himself and the dealership. Nothing is ever a problem for him and I have true faith in James.

I have been having my car serviced at Bristol Street Motors Birmingham Ford for the last three years. I had a few issues with my car over the weekend and after a phone call on the Monday morning the car was given a space and dealt with in a timely manner with all issues repaired.

I would like to thank all staff in the Service Department for all their help over the last three years.

I visted Bistol Street Motors and i feel i must tell you i was over the moon the way you sales staff Alex and Paul . I must say nothing was to much trouble in fact Alex was excellent, i dont usually bother doing these type of things but than yo to Alex and well done Bristol Street Motors Ford.

hi- i popped in on spec this morning as my car window was stuck fully open and wouldnt close and i needed someone to look at it urgently as i couldnt leave my car until it was fixed ( albeit a temporary repair ) . The chap i approached was most understanding and helpful- although he couldnt repair it properly on the spot, he managed to get the window closed in approx 2 minutes , so at least i could carry on to work. He even found some tape to put over the window mechanism to prevent me from accidentally opening it again until its fixed properly. This has given me back some faith in big dealerships /companies which i normally associate with impersonal service and poor customer care. please pass my thanks on to him- his name was James and he is an asset to your company if he is always this helpful and sympathetic . very many thanks james

�Our experience with fords bristol street branch in Birmingham U.K. Was outstanding to say the least, on our arrival we was met with the most polite sales man I ever met and with our free cup of coffee in one hand and nice hand shake in the other, your salesman Kevyn helped guide us to the car of our choosing many thanks to Kevyn and the team at fords it was a pleasure and experience that will be with me for many years to come.
