I would like to leave nothing but positive feedback for the service I received during the recent purchase of my car. The car in question is a Vauxhall Zafira.
He was excellent. On the day I came to view the car, he talked at length about my needs and considerations, reassuring me all the way and suggesting options I may wish to consider. He did not Ďram the car down my throatí, quite the opposite. Despite the heavy rain on that day, he kindly held a brolly over my head ensuring I did not get wet (despite the fact he did!). He took me on a long test drive to ensure the car was what I was expecting and treated me with respect and compassion in consideration to my circumstances.
On choosing to purchase the car, he provided me with several options and enhancements including warranties and protection for the paintwork and interior. When I elected to take neither, he did not press to the point of discomfort, instead pointing out the benefits and constraints in a very level way.
When I came to collect the car, Jim really did go the extra mile. Whilst it may deem to be fair to ask a salesman to stay a little late to accommodate the calendar of the purchaser, he actually did far far more:
1. He came in on his day off specifically to see me
2. He was moving house on that day but still took the time to come specifically to see me
3. He was looking after his daughter who I understand he does not see every day but still came specifically to see me
4. He spent as much time as was necessary to ensure I was completely happy with the car despite having all of the above!
5. He remained polite, courteous, unfazed, and un-rushed throughout and only left once I was completely happy, waving me off as I drove away in my new car.
I was very moved that he did so much for me, he really is an absolute asset to your team. I also appreciate that much effort was probably undertaken Ďbehind the scenesí by those who support you and your sales staff in the work shops. Bristol Street Motors really do deserve their excellent reputation and this was very much reflected in the quality of service I received from him.
Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to all concerned, I will be making Bristol Street my absolute first port of call when I come to replacing the vehicle in the future..

The customer service we received at your Cheltenham branch was exceptional.
