Staff were excellent. Any concerns or queries were never to much for him, and no pressure sales tactics. We really like the fact that our car can be picked up for servicing & dropped back to us. We also greatly appreciated the phone calls to check that everything was OK. The car is lovely to drive & everyone enjoys traveling in the car. it's a real pleasure to deal with courteous & professional people unlike mainstream sales & servicing that we have experienced before from other car makers. Yesterday I had my car serviced and was very impressed with the level of service and courtesy extended. However, it wasn't until I drove away that I realised what a fantastic job the person providing the complementary cleaning/valeting had done. Mine is an 11 year old Galaxy which came out looking like new, whoever cleaned the car must have worked very hard to achieve that result and I would like to say thanks for their efforts.

Wow!!! What a pleasant surprise, never having bought a brand new car before 4 weeks ago, I had the perfect sales person I could wish for she was professional in every way possible, including a semi personal Number plate, the sales team in general could not be faulted in any way. It was actually fun to buy the car, done and dusted in around an hour. Being an ex car mechanic I was glad there was no problems, very pleased with the car, and the company, look forward to dealing with you in the future.

Your Motability representative welcomed us and took time to show us different models and explained fully their spec and designs nothing was too much trouble and he made us feel very welcome and valued, the process of purchasing the car was excellent and very plain sailing from start to finish in the 3 weeks I have owned the car I am thoroughly enjoying it.
