On collection off my Galaxy your Sales Executive took his time to explain different aspects of the car, paired my mobile phone to the car and gave me a hundred percent attention, he took his time and did not rush the process at all, making it a pleasant transaction. I also found all the staff at Bristol Street very helpful and polite from the gentlemen who job seemed to be to continuously shuffle cars around to
find customers parking spaces, the receptionist and other staff coming and going who all seemed happy and gave the sales area an atmosphere off a happy workforce in an happy enviroment. I have to say that your Service Executives knowledge, attitude and professionalism was superb throughout the entire transaction. He did, like any good salesperson want to make a sale, but what impressed me the most was his clear determination that in buying my car, I would enjoy a first class buying experience.

I recently went into your Bromley branch on a Sunday afternoon to visit your used car sales team in search of a vehicle for myself. As it turns out I ended up getting a Ranger Pickup which I will hopefully collect tomorrow. To cut a long story short, I'd just like to thank greatly your business sales manager in Bromley used car sales team who has gone out of her way to make sure everything was perfect for me. To say the least I have been probably one the most annoying customers phoning everyday several times to check if it's ready yet or what's the status on the service etc.etc. I'd just like to bring to your attention that she has been great, super helpful and she has gone above and beyond expectations. It's this kind of service that will keep happy customers like myself coming back time and again and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I cannot thank the Bromley Sales Team enough for all of their help and support during my recent car purchase. I dealt with your Sales Executive and Business Manager but also got to know the rest of the Team due to their friendly nature and good humor. I could not have asked for a better group of people to help me through quite a difficult purchase, and to ensure my experience went as smoothly as possible. They went out of their way to help me and to make sure I was happy with what they were offering me. Never did I feel as if I was being pushed into a deal I wasn't comfortable with, and I never felt under pressure to agree to anything I wasn't totally happy with. They were extremely professional at all times, although we also built up a good, friendly relationship. The service I received from them was second to none; it was a million times better than I had received from my last Ford Dealer and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; (I'm already trying to get my boyfriend to buy a car from them). They always answered their phones and were able to answer my queries straight away - they must have been sick at the sight of me as they had so many dealings with me, but always made me feel welcome in the showroom and always saw me when i needed them to. Thanks once again for everything, and I'll definitely be back at the end of my lease to get another Ford (if I haven't annoyed you too much!!)

Just wanted to drop you a quick note and inform you on how pleased I am with your used sales team. I purchased a Ford Mondeo recently and I'm very impressed on how smooth the transaction was. Normally I dread the prospect of dealing with sales reps but on this occasion your sales team took me through the process without the normal stress and hassle you associate with buying a used car.

Without compromise Bristol Street dealt with all the minor faults and issues on the car without question. The sales executive bent over backwards (I know, difficult for him to do) to assist, provide good customer service and agreed to those little extras that make all the difference.
