Brilliant and friendly service from the sales team. I haven't bought a car for several years and the whole process from seeing the car I wanted on the RAC website to driving it away was seamless. The optional extras were explained thoroughly without any pressure to take anything I didn't need and I also got a replacement battery and two new tyres when I came back to pick the car up. All in all very happy and would definately recommend to friends. Thanks!

Exceptional Customer Service

Recently purchased a used Transit from the Redditch branch, can't speak highly enough with the way I was treated by the team here. I was kept informed on each stage of the sale, the van I bought was presented impeccably, and they made it all so easy with no pressure, from taxing it to changing my personal no plate to making sure I had plentyof diesel for my trip home, and for a few days after. Well done Bristol Street, I look forward to returning in the future.

We called in to find out how much I would get for my existing Kuga. Our expectations were completely exceeded by the friendly welcome we had to the professional service from the team, all excellent ambassadors for your company. We left Bristol Street Motors Ford Redditch 30 minutes later wih my new car on order, when it was only an enquiry! The car was ordered and the paperwork was completed to the timelines agreed on the first visit - outstanding. Everything they said they would do they did and more, because there was a genuine interest in getting the customer exactley what they want. The pre-vehicle service has been as excellent as the aftercare service. I know this will not stop now and I can speak to them if I have any concerns and they will contact me when they have any deals or vehicles that will be of interest to me in the future.
