It's not often you meet such a genuine helpful guy who you feel is really doing the best for you rather than just 'closing a sale'. When we decided to change our vehicle the first thing we did was contact the sales executive who invested time searching for a car that would not only meet our needs but exceed expectations. This he did. Even though it had been 12 months since our previous purchase he knew exactly what would make us happy, and remembered our circumstances like he had known us for years.
