I cannot thank the Bromley Sales Team enough for all of their help and support during my recent car purchase. I dealt with your Sales Executive and Business Manager but also got to know the rest of the Team due to their friendly nature and good humor. I could not have asked for a better group of people to help me through quite a difficult purchase, and to ensure my experience went as smoothly as possible. They went out of their way to help me and to make sure I was happy with what they were offering me. Never did I feel as if I was being pushed into a deal I wasn't comfortable with, and I never felt under pressure to agree to anything I wasn't totally happy with. They were extremely professional at all times, although we also built up a good, friendly relationship. The service I received from them was second to none; it was a million times better than I had received from my last Ford Dealer and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone; (I'm already trying to get my boyfriend to buy a car from them). They always answered their phones and were able to answer my queries straight away - they must have been sick at the sight of me as they had so many dealings with me, but always made me feel welcome in the showroom and always saw me when i needed them to. Thanks once again for everything, and I'll definitely be back at the end of my lease to get another Ford (if I haven't annoyed you too much!!)

On arrival i was approached by the sales man Steven. Steven was very knowledgable about the car i was intrested in and not at all pushy during the sales. He also told me everything he knew about the sales process and figures. All the staff i dealt with at the dealership were polite and cuteous at all times. I will definately be recommending both Ford and Macklin Motors to friends and family.

The new Ford is amazing, im so pleased with the car but the thing that stands out was the amazing service that we received at the dealers. The salesman Billy was brilliant, we didnt feel pressured or rushed into buying our new car. Billy was brilliant from start to finish.
