I would just like to say how wonderful the service I received was. The Sales Executive has been fantastic from start to finish. Made me feel welcome, explained things in a way that I could understand. But more importantly they welcomed my daughter who is autistic, she can be a handful and they were fantastic with her, they treated her like a little princess and she really took to them. Most people ignore my daughter and find her too much but the Sales Executive was so different which made it all so much easier and nicer. We had a fantastic buying experience from the Sales Executive. The Sales Executive was very good in listening to our requirements and exceeding our expectations. We felt at ease and no pressure in making any decision and felt like we could be honest with them. Normally car sales executives are stereotyped as an area of concern and heavy pressure, however with more people like the sales executive we dealt with car sales executives won't be given a bad name! I would like to express my gratitude and thanks to the service team for the way they handled my warranty claim with my Qashqai . Unfortunately I was hospitalised while my car was being stripped down and assessed for repair of which I relayed my situation to the service team. I was told not to worry and reassured that everything would be taken care of with my car. I now have the car back fully repaired and valeted, once again a big thank you.

The level of customer service the sales executive provided was astonishing. They made the process so easy. I called them so many times during the process but they were always happy to sort out my queries and maintained great patience and understanding, I am quite a needy customer. Also a quick mention of the Business Manager. They made sure we were all happy after the process and double checked to make sure I was taking full advantage of your package extras such as the service plan. The Sales Executive called a few days after the sale too, to make sure we were happy, which was a nice touch.
