I would like to congratulate you on your salesman for his superb non-pushy approach to customers. My husband and I have just bought a Seat Altea. When I first visited the Seat showroom I was accompanying my sister who was viewing a Seat Ibiza. I had no intention of buying a car at all . My sister had been so impressed by his non-pushy approach that she had responded to his phone call after a 3 month gap since she had first visited his showroom. He contacted her only when he had exactly what he thought she might be interested in. Well done as that was a sale. While my sister was busy drooling over her red car I saw an AItea and Fitz showed me an AItea XL. I have very recently become a part-time wheelchair user and was very impressed by the boot's potential to take my wheelchair as well as other luggage. My husband was away at this time so I took a brochure to show him on his return. When he came back he liked the look of the AItea and, even though we had had no plans at that time to buy a car, we returned to see you the next day. Again just excellent non-pushy service .And we bought the car. Which we are delighted with. Well Done !!!!

I would just like to say how great the team at the Seat Derby dealership have been since I went into see them last weekend! Sales Executive was brilliant, he could not do enough for us and made the process of buying my new Leon extremely enjoyable and simple! And even when he wasn't there he had passed on a message to a colleague who was just as helpful! Your Sales Executive and the team there are a credit to the company, I went to see a number of dealerships when I was looking and the way I was treated at Seat made me want to go back and buy from there. Genuine people without the usual 'wideboy salesman' style! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to buy a car.

I'm writing to commend your aftersales department at SEAT Derby on Pride Park. In particular your Aftersales Manager and Technician, who are two of the most professional and helpful people I have come into contact with from an aftersales prospective.

The service they provide is exemplary, be that opening up 15 minutes early to ease my onward travel, being very flexible on what dates / time are available to booking in work on the car or keeping me updated with the very quick completion of the work required. I am extremely glad that I recently traded in our Audi replacing it with a SEAT Leon.
