What is a Priority Service Plan?

Bristol Street Motors Priority Service Plan helps to spread the cost of servicing for the next three years, with manageable, interest-free monthly payments. When you join the plan, you can also benefit from up to 25% savings when compared to one-off service rates.

The plan covers the cost of servicing, servicing parts, labour, VAT, and you can also include your MOT, so there's no need to worry about unexpected car maintenance costs. With regular servicing, you also have a full vehicle service history, which helps to maintain your warranty cover and retain the value of your car if you choose to sell it.

At Bristol Street Motors, we have two types of Priority Service Plan to choose from depending on whether your car is still under warranty or not:

Interim Service

Basic servicing

If your car is outside of the warranty period, then the basic service plan is the option for you. It keeps your vehicle in top working condition, at a cost-effective price, but doesn't specifically follow manufacturer recommendations. A basic service includes changing oil and filter, as well as topping up levels and a full visual health check.

Full Service

Full manufacturer's servicing

A full manufacturer's service is tailored to your car's age and mileage, following your manufacturer's recommended servicing guidelines and maintenance schedule. This option provides the most comprehensive level of servicing, giving you complete peace of mind. Checks on items and part replacements may vary on each service, depending on what the manufacturer has set out in their guidelines.

Frequently asked questions

How do I pay for my Priority Service Plan?

Your first monthly payment will be taken 30 days after you sign up for Priority Service Plan. You won't be asked for any upfront payment unless a service is due.

You can also pay one lump sum if you prefer and benefit from a further discount.

Is Priority Service Plan discounted?

You can benefit from up to 25% savings compared to one-off service rates, when you take out a Priority Service Plan with Bristol Street Motors.

Will the cost of my service plan stay the same each year?

The price of your Priority Service Plan is fixed for the full duration of your plan, so there's no need to worry about unexpected price increases.

Can I get a courtesy car?

At Bristol Street Motors, all customers can take advantage of complimentary courtesy cars* whenever your vehicle is in one of our workshops. Simply book online or give us a call, however we do ask that you book in advance.

*Subject to availability and insurance administration fee

To book a courtesy car, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 21 - 85
  • Have held a license for a minimum of one year
  • Have no more than 9 points in the last three years
  • Have no disqualifications in the last five years

If you are under 21, you must have held your license for a minimum of one year and have no points.

What happens to my service plan if I change my car?

If you do decide to change your car, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Simply get in touch with our aftercare team, and they will be happy to transfer any remaining funds.

Do I have the option to cancel my Priority Service Plan?

As sorry as we'd be to see you go, we do understand personal circumstances can change. You aren't tied into any contracts when you sign up for a Bristol Street Motors Priority Service Plan and can choose to cancel at any time.

Does Priority Service Plan cover wear and tear items?

Priority Service Plan doesn't cover the cost of wear and tear items.
