Frequently asked questions
Why do I need to get my car serviced regularly?
Getting your car serviced regularly will ensure key vehicle components such as brakes, steering, suspension and tyres are all in safe working order. Plus, when it comes to selling your car, a vehicle that has been regularly serviced is more likely to have a higher resale value.
How often do I need a car service?
We recommend that you get your car serviced according to the manufacturer's service interval. You can find details of this in your owner's manual or online - it's best to check for your own make and model as advice differs between cars.

What do I need to bring to a car service?
There are a few things to remember when bringing your car for its service.
- Alloy keys or locking nuts Our technicians will need to remove your wheels during the service to test the steering and suspension systems of your car. If you have alloy wheels, a key or locking nut is required to remove them.
- Service book Your service book contains information that helps our technicians understand your vehicle better. This may include details of any parts that have been replaced. Once we have completed your service, well add a stamp to your book as a record of its maintenance history.
Additionally, during the service, we will need to check the condition of your spare tyre. Make sure to remove any items from your boot in advance to make access easier.
