How do I pay for my Priority Service Plan?
Your first monthly payment will be taken 30 days after you sign up for Priority Service Plan. You won't be asked for any upfront payment unless a service is due.
You can also pay one lump sum if you prefer and benefit from a further discount.
Is Priority Service Plan discounted?
You can benefit from up to 25% savings compared to one-off service rates, when you take out a Priority Service Plan with Bristol Street Motors.
Will the cost of my service plan stay the same each year?
The price of your Priority Service Plan is fixed for the full duration of your plan, so there's no need to worry about unexpected price increases.
Can I get a courtesy car?
At Bristol Street Motors, all customers can take advantage of complimentary courtesy cars* whenever your vehicle is in one of our workshops. Simply book online or give us a call, however we do ask that you book in advance.

What happens to my service plan if I change my car?
If you do decide to change your car, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Simply get in touch with our aftercare team, and they will be happy to transfer any remaining funds.
Do I have the option to cancel my Priority Service Plan?
As sorry as we'd be to see you go, we do understand personal circumstances can change. You aren't tied into any contracts when you sign up for a Bristol Street Motors Priority Service Plan and can choose to cancel at any time.
Does Priority Service Plan cover wear and tear items?
