Our vehicle service plans

We offer two types of vehicle servicing plans. The one you choose will depend on whether your vehicle is under warranty.

Interim Service

Basic servicing

If your vehicle is outside of the warranty period, choose the basic service plan. It keeps your vehicle in top working condition at a cost-effective price. But isn't required to follow manufacturer recommendations.

A basic service includes:

  • Oil change and filter
  • Topping up levels
  • Full visual health check
Full Service

Full manufacturer servicing

For complete peace of mind, choose the full manufacturer service. The service is tailored to your vehicle's age and mileage. It follows the manufacturer's recommended servicing guidelines and maintenance schedule. Checks on items and part replacements may vary on each service. This will depend on what the manufacturer has set out in their guidelines.

How do I pay for my Priority Service Plan?

Your first monthly payment will be taken 30 days after you sign up for Priority Service Plan. You won't be asked for any upfront payment unless a service is due.

You can also pay one lump sum if you prefer and benefit from a further discount.

Is Priority Service Plan discounted?

You can benefit from up to 25% savings compared to one-off service rates, when you take out a Priority Service Plan with Bristol Street Motors.

Will the cost of my service plan stay the same each year?

The price of your Priority Service Plan is fixed for the full duration of your plan, so there's no need to worry about unexpected price increases.

Can I get a courtesy vehicle?

At Bristol Street Motors, all customers can take advantage of complimentary courtesy vehicle* whenever your vehicle is in one of our workshops. Simply book online or give us a call, however we do ask that you book in advance.

*Subject to availability and insurance administration fee

To book a courtesy vehicle, you must:

  • Be between the ages of 21 - 85
  • Have held a license for a minimum of one year
  • Have no more than 9 points in the last three years
  • Have no disqualifications in the last five years

If you are under 21, you must have held your license for a minimum of one year and have no points.

What happens to my service plan if I change my vehicle?

If you do decide to change your vehicle, you have the option to transfer your Priority Service Plan to another vehicle at any time. Simply get in touch with our aftercare team, and they will be happy to transfer any remaining funds.

Do I have the option to cancel my Priority Service Plan?

As sorry as we'd be to see you go, we do understand personal circumstances can change. You aren't tied into any contracts when you sign up for a Bristol Street Motors Priority Service Plan and can choose to cancel at any time.

Does Priority Service Plan cover wear and tear items?

Priority Service Plan doesn't cover the cost of wear and tear items.
