Despite it being my first visit,with a warranty problem, I was treated as a very valued customer. The receptionist, pursued my problem, kept me fully informed and advised until the problem was fully resolved. She even followed it up with a courtesy call a week later. Excellent service. i will be using Citroen Derby again in the future.
Can I say how pleased I was with the way a member of your team made me feel welcome when I came to see him whilst renewing my Motability car (Citroen). He was very good in explaining all about the car and during my test drive nothing was any trouble for him. He was brilliant I was very happy with all that he did for me, thank you for a great service.
