Upon browsing we were greeted by a sales executive who instantly surprised me by not being what I considered a �stereo-typical car salesman�. Approachable, friendly and not at all pushy they listened to our reasons for changing our car, really heard what we were saying about how much we wished to spend and showed us a clear solution.

At no time was I pressured into purchasing a vehicle, I had plenty of time to inspect the vehicle, and all my questions were answered in a friendly but professional way.

Just letting you know what great service i received from your Sales Person at Derby branch. Not once did i feel pressurised or rushed in the purchase of my new car which makes a refreshing change. He was great to deal with and explained everything clearly as we went along(this was my first brand new car). Nearly two weeks have gone now and i am delighted with my new Dacia Stepway. A close friend of mine has been admiring my car and she is interested in purchasing the same car, i would not hesitate in recommended the Derby branch.
