They picked up the car when they said, very polite and I then received a phone call to say they had delivered the car to the dealership and the car was delivered back by 2.30 with an explanation of what they had done. Despite being nervous about replacing my car I was immediately able to relax by the warm atmosphere I was greeted with. Jamie found me exactly what I wanted and the car is fantastic. Optional extras were offered but not forced upon me. John arranged finance for me and also treated me with the utmost respect and a friendly manner.
